Dimensions: 4 inches tall, 4 ¾ inches wide, weighs 255 grams. Description: Conical shaped redware cup with a footed base. Top portion painted cream. No repairs or restorations found. Small ancient rim and base chips. Abrasions, wear, paint and surface loss consistent with age. Overall excellent condition. Manganese Dioxide Reactivity Test Results: A solution of laboratory grade 40% hydrogen peroxide was applied to multiple manganese blooms that resulted in strong chemical reactions confirming approximately 4000 years of underground burial.
