Matching pair of male and female solid pottery figures, red-orange over a cream slip, the seated female is depicted with large breasts, holding her left hand to the back of her head, right hand held in a forward position, and wearing a knee length skirt. The standing male has noded shoulders, and both are wearing crosshatched headbands. Both with scattered mineral deposits and root marks. A few spots of very minor paint wear, otherwise overall excellent condition.Provenance: Executive collection of Howard S.
